Self Defense Workshop

Just like in e-life, bad things happen in real life, too.

The workshop aims are the following:

1. To go through a few scenarios of bad things happening, ranging from a bar brawl to a street robbery to an armed psycho walking into a classroom. We'll discuss prevention, situational awareness and ways to increase the chance of getting out of trouble with minimal damage.

2. To survey the weapons available to a good guy in an unexpected bad situation, their availability, stopping power, and related common misconceptions.

3. To demonstrate a few easy to learn tricks which may help in various undesirable situations.

4. To demonstrate a few physical exercises that take little time, require no hardware, give you a good workout, are fun, and increase your self-defense capabilities.

Staying within the above topics, I'll try to be flexible and to tailor the workshop content to the requests of the audience.
