E-Law Workshop

A 1-day workshop covering several areas of law and their relationships to computer professionals. The workshop would include topics such as copyrights, reverse engineering, wardriving/wiretapping laws, the 4th and 5th amendments, and other areas yet to be decided. While I do not advocate individuals practicing law without a license, I believe it is important for computer professionals to understand the laws that define their daily lives. If selected, I would like to get permission to seek submissions from attendees to help 'shape' the workshop, so that I can make sure I'm covering the proper topics. I envision a series of 1 hour talks with accompanying breaks (law is really dense material) and Q&A sessions to fill up the 1-day workshop time-block (whatever it is).
