Assuming I can get things working well enough to show, I'll be doing demonstrations turning railroads spikes into hammers, axes, and possibly simple knives. The only thing I'll need logistically would be a covered area (hard to judge temperature in bright light), and help in getting all the equipment out to the site.

Propane and materials I can provide. Anyone who wants to do any hands-on work will need to be wearing natural fibers (things that burn, not things that melt).
